Terms and Conditions
All items in our shop are sold to raise funds to support the animals at Hoppy's Haven Small Animal Sanctuary.  All products are donated secondhand goods and are therefore sold as found, and are non-returnable and no refunds or exchanges will be given.  Any ommissions or damage, where known, will be declared.  For further information on the condition of larger items, please contact us.

Larger items can be collected, by arrangement, from DEAL.  After purchase, any items that remain with us after a seven day period will be charged a storage fee of £5 per item per week.  If arrangements have not been made for collection or delivery of these items after four weeks, then consideration will be given to removing them from storage.  This is to avoid items being left with us for an unreasonable amount of time.

Items will not be available for collection / delivery until full payment has been confirmed.

Delivery of larger items is by mutual arrangement with all costs being covered by the purchaser.  Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail Standard parcel delivery.
